Appointment Details
PCO Medical Checks are held at our main office in Central London. Please make sure to arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
What to Bring
To complete your medical check, you MUST bring the following documents
- Valid Driving License
- TPH/204 Form
- Full Medical Notes (Summary printouts will not be accepted). Your full medical notes can be requested from your NHS GP.
If you are unable to provide these documents, this will be recorded in the declaration section of your form.
Important Medical Conditions to Note
Certain medical conditions may affect your PCO application, including
- Insulin-treated diabetes
- Epilepsy
- Poor vision
- Severe mental health conditions (including drug or alcohol abuse)
- Heart problems
- Neurological or neurosurgical disorders (strokes, blackouts, head injuries)
- Certain prescribed medications
Please Note
There is no definitive yes or no on whether your application will be accepted, as each case is individually reviewed by Transport for London (TFL).
