Private Employment & Educational Sickness Notes
Gogodoc are able to provide you with same day sick note plus any other medical related letters if needed.
If you have been unwell or have a health condition, you may need to take time off of work or education. Our GP’s can issue you same-day sick notes.
Please note we do not write private sick notes for longer than 14 days at a time and GP’s are unable to back-date the notes. Gogodoc is a private GP Service and does not provide Med3 notes. These are available from your NHS GP only.
How to obtain a sick/fit note?
You only need to book a 15-minute online consultation to speak to one of our GPs - Book an appointment online via gogodoc website and ask the GP for a sick note during your consultation - If our doctors confirm that you are not fit for work (or to take exams) then they will provide you with the sick letter just after the consultation.
You would only need to pay an additional £35 to receive the sick note via email (on the same day).

What Happens During Your Consultation for Private Sick Note?

Following your consultation, you will receive an invoice of £35 for the sick note service. Once payment has been received your sick note will be emailed to you.
All our certificates are on company headed paper, with the doctors full name and GMC registration number.
